Not in a Million Years

Three days before camp ended we were on a hike in Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park when one of our campers Molly lost her camera. It was a nice Sony digital camera with all her camp pictures on it. We searched the trail on the way back and stopped at one of the overlooks where she took the last picture she could remember. Maybe more to console Molly than the belief that it would actually do any good we stopped at the Ranger Station to report the loss and give them her name and address just in case anyone turned it in. Not in a million years would you think the camera would be found or turned in. Well guess what Molly received a surprise package in the mail from Colorado. In it she found her camera with all of her camp pictures intact. This should tell you about the kind of people we encounter in the National Parks. Truly a wonderful surprise!
